Havana Ferrell was born in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee on July 25, 1935 to Arthur and Anna Mae Jennings. Havana married Lowell A. Ferrell on March 12, 1957. She dedicated her life to Jehovah and symbolized it by water baptism on November 11, 1978. She attended the East Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses for many years and because of her love for people, she spent countless hours in the ministry teaching them about Jehovah while serving as a Regular Pioneer. Later, she relocated to Milan, Tennessee and attended the Humboldt Congregation. Havana worked many years for the State of Indiana and retired from Workplace Development. Havana loved music, dancing, traveling, fishing and shopping. Havana and Lowell spent many hours listening to music and singing. She had such a beautiful voice. The two of them spent vacations attending conventions, visiting the Wisconsin Dells. They would also travel to see family in Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. Havana enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed a good meal, good conversation and shopping for good deals. That was her cup of tea!
